Why are people still buying or leasing vehicles from this place? They're family-owned and present themselves as honest, hardworking people, but my experience was completely different.
You won't know how dishonest they can be until you leave their lot with a vehicle that breaks down days or even a week later. Then you start thinking about that smile they gave you when you thought you could trust them, only to realize you were played.
If you have an issue with your vehicle, they'll claim they fixed it, only for you to experience the same problem all over again. Then they ghost you because you've become a “problem,†even though they're the ones who caused the situation.
Save yourself the headache and find a better dealership. This place is not worth the frustration, and I would not recommend doing business here.
